The clock measures about 2 feet wide. 2 feet high and 9.75 inches wide from the front to the back. The works look to be complete including, Pendulum, Bell and Key. I purchased it yesterday from a nice estate. I am sure the clock will need some work to be an accurate timepiece. 3 5/8" DIAMETER UNITED CLOCK MOVEMENT.very good condition This vintage UNITED clock movement is clean on the outside and is in very good condition. This was removed from a vintage cast metal horse mantle clock and fits into a 3 5/8" hole about 1 1/2" thick. It appears to work just fine. The manufacturer of this Ironwood Mantle Clock is unknown. There are no identifying marks. The clock is quartz driven and keeps very good time. The wood is highly polished and the photos do nothing to bring out the deep and rich colors of the unstained wood. It is Iron Wood but not the type from Sonora Mexico. The person I purchased this clock from said it was South American Iron Wood. But which species it is I do not know. This clock measures 12 inches wide by 6 inches tall, by 3 inches deep and weighs three pounds.

Clock is working. And has a sweep second hand. Patent numbers are inscribed on the back, but I cannot find a manufacturer's mark. I am pretty sure this is either a Sessions or Sparta piece. Highly detailed. So please look closely at the photos. Horse is wearing a saddle and a chain is his bridle. Measures 17 1/2 inches long. 5 inches wide, and 11 1/2 inches tall. CONDITION: Clock is working. Copper coating has been worn away in most places. Although some could be revived with a good polishing. A penny has been inserted under the right front hoof in order to stabilize the figure. I left it there because I thought it added to the charm, ... moregiving the horse a"lucky penny. Vintage Spartus Horseshoe Mantle Clock With Single Cowboy Horse
This is a mantle clock made by Spartus. The clock portion has a horseshoe surrounding the clock and two horses and fencing below it. The clock needs rewired. But the knob on the back moves the clock arms on the front. It is about 6 inches wide and 6 1/2 inches tall. There are some knicks in the silver ring around the clock as well as the copper paint. The horse has a detailed saddle and stands about 10 inches tall at the ears. It is 12 inches long from nose to tail. There are many blemishes as shown in the photos. This is a vintage or antique Telechron Strike carriage mantle in Ashland. Mass. Recently purchased at an estate sale, I am unsure of it's age. It appears to be quite old. The clock case is constructed of wood and it measures 7 3/4" wide and 9 1/4" tall. The clock face is covered with a convex or rounded crystal. The clock is not working order and something is up with the cord. The finish on the case is worn and orange peeling in spots. The wood also has a few scratches and scuffs. Up for auction is this Wilcox Celluloid Mantle Clock! It is a gorgeous piece with Amber pillars and top adornment. The body is a unique color of celluloid with a metallic or pearlized appearance. The color is a grey/green on the body. The piece is put together nice and solid with no chips or cracks or separation! It really is a perfect piece! The clock is marked'Made in USA' but does not work. It appears that most of the pieces are there for the clock mechanism so I think it can be repaired! It stands 5" tall by 7 7/8" long by 3 3/4" wide. It is marked Wilcox inside a diamond on the bottom. There is a pat. number but it is so small I can not read it. Not even with a magnifying glass. Very old antique Mercedes Shelf Mantle Clock
Structurally this clock looks very solid to me. It is a cast metal with a bronze type finish on it. I am a novice so please look at the pictures very carefully. The clock is untested and probably needs repair. Selling as-is. The face is very dirty and there is patina on the cherub's face. Back of hair and elsewhere. Some of the finish is coming off on the back. There is a small bolt on the back that seems missing. There is a hole in the cherub's bottom and in the head. Up for bid is a Vintage New Haven Clock Company. On top of the clock face reads"Pat'd Feb 11. 1879" This clock is made of cherry wood. It chimes on the hour and it does wind- needs adjustment to keep the right time. There is no key to this clock- but it does wind with a# 4 key. There is damage to the top of the clock where pieces broke off and/or cracked and it is also very loose. The label on the back of the clock says 1 Day Sabin Striking Alarm. There is a reverse painting on the bottom door mainly in black and gold with wear on it.The thick paper dial with wear on it has Roman numerals. 2 key posts, and black hands. It has a pendulum which can be moved upward for increasing the rate and downward for a slower rate should it need adjustment. There are 2 keys- one for the two key posts and one to secure the bottom door. Please place this clock on a level service to function properly. I sent the exact photos on this listing to an antique expert. Along with the tag that it came with and this is what she said: Cepelia is a store in Poland that sells all things Polish such as the arts and crafts works and including antiques that were produced in Poland. Your clock would have been produced there as well circa 1930 and sold as a vintage piece at Cepelia. A search of various clock movement from Poland did not yield a match to a maker name ending in welia. This is a French style art deco bronze and marble mantle clock Unfortunately the markings on the back are not clear enough to do further research as to where this clock came from exactly so basing price on comparable clocks.
