From the Manufacturer: The Tektronix 2467 Oscilloscope has four vertical channels with a DC to 350MHz bandwidth. Deflection factors run from 2 mV to 5 V per division. In a 1- 2- 5 sequence, with either 1 Megohm or 50 Ohm input resistance, in channels 1 and 2. Channels 3 and 4 give 0.1 V or 0.5 per division, with 1 Megohm input resistance, and DC coupling. I also love the measurement tools/markers for voltage and time. and 1/T or Frequency. You can easily get down to 1% accuracy. It works up past 350 MHz and even shows up to 2GHz on Freq measurement in 10x. but attenuation/cal becomes an issue way up there if you want more than a look/state on the wave form. Notice the picture with 500pS per division on 10x probe. that is a wave at 450MHz top of band width. but plenty of room to see even more.
