Tektronix CSA7404 4-Channel 4GHz 20GS/s Oscilloscope and Signal Analyzer
Great Tektronix scope. The CSA is a fully functional DPO oscilloscope(same as TDS7404) with the addition of an optical-electrical converter and some 1.25Gbaud clock recovery hardware. The scope has options 2M: 16MPt record length on one channel. 4MPt on all four channels, and runs at 20GS/s. It also includes a jitter package, USB2.0 package, and a serial pattern trigger, as shown in the pictures. Each channel works fine and triggers to about 4.4GHz. The scope passes self-test. But almost never passes SPC(1/10 times) I can't find anything wrong with it, but you can return it for any reason for 30 days. It comes with the optical adapter and a SMA adapter.
