We may be able to deliver ourselves, East Coast Only! This is an unbelievable find and we did save the Best for Last on this Butcher Store Consignment. We have researched this and are in contact with the original manufacturer which made this classic interlocking butcher block table about 65 years ago. It is a Bally Block/ Michigan Maple Company piece. If you don't know the firm take some time to look it up. By far the very best tables in the industry, the standard that others measure by. This piece is 40" long x 30" wide and a full 14" thick. It has enough of the manufacturer label left to know it is a Bally Block Company table. Some minor separation ... moreand no cleaning. In storage for the past 40+ years. Legs are 18" long to support surface so overall height assembled will be 32" high from floor to surface, a nice shorter island. You can bring up the table by adding new floor spacers that we removed due to rotting. These are normally 4-6" tall and fasten to the bottom the the legs. This piece was made in early half if 1949 and is marked on the underside with a wood burn, see pictures. The top surface is as expected from a post WW2 neighborhood butcher shop. Worn. But workable. The sides look nice and we will include a full bottle of Butcher Block Conditioner for the winning bidder to clean this classic piece back to new. The table is apart as you can see, we will help load to your Freight Company but understand that it is VERY heavy and you will need 4-6 strong people to set upright and place all legs back in place. We can tell you how to accomplish this feat, it is not easy. We may be able to deliver ourselves if we can agree on timing and funding for delivery.
