Gears Work Smoothly I measured for size looks a tiny bit bigger than 1" so i am assuming it is used for 1" pipe. I see some have listed 1" and some have listed 1 1/8" on the internet. I do not even know if there is such a thing as 1 1/8" pipe I am no expert so you look at pictures and be the judge. I do not want complaint that person bought and it is a 1 1/8" not a 1" or vice versa. Missing 1 handle you can replace with any old bar. Also that tiny light weight chain is broken. Can also fix with any old chain wire or cord. Is what it is look at pictures you determine the condition yourself. Pictures are the Item you will receive. As seen in picture i removed ... moregear pin to take apart so it will fit in priority flate rate box. Otherwise because of weight it would cost too much to ship. A sliding clip holds the tube and a scale on top tell the angle degree. There is a 5/16 and 11/16 on the scale and it may be the minimum and maximum diameters this can support, but I am not sure. There are some typical signs of age and use but it looks like it is in very good usable condition. Overall a neat vintage tool I have not seen before.
