I use these all the time myself as I find them more versatile than packing peanuts and they take up less space than bubble wrap but still provide a good amount of protection. This collectable is in excellent condition. Called"Ivy Terrace Apartments" Christmas in the CIty Series. 1995. Department 56. Do not have the outer box, but have the inner foam packing mold. Measurements are: Base is 5 X 7 inches; Height to roof is 8 inches, height to top of chimney is 9 1/2 inches. Comes with electric light with inline switch and bulb. Packing Foam 22.5" X 13.5" X 1" Pink Qty:10 Sheets Storage Cushion
This sale is for 10(ten) foam sheets. Each sheet is 22-1/2"L X 13-1/2"W X 1"H. This foam is fairly soft and spongy. Not very stiff or dense. Color varies from almost white to light pink(mostly light pink lately) There is some light UV fading on the edges of some sheets. Check my other sales for different size foam sheets/planks.
