I had an XSPC Acrlyic top on it at first until I moved over to an XSPC Pump/reservoir combo. The factory pump top was never used. This pump is a very capable one. Especially when used with an aftermarket top(such as the XSPC one as it gives excellent head pressure and flow) I've also known people to mod this into the MCP355(or DDC 3.2) by removing the PCB and doing some soldering. I never felt it necessary as it was able to handle my system with ease and I purchased this model specifically because of how quiet it is. This is a used Zalman Reserator v1 that's been modified. The original pump has been replaced with a more efficient and powerful D-tek DB-1 pump. I still have about 3ft of 3/8" original blue tubing(unused) that comes with the auction. I am also including a slightly used Zalman ZM-WB5 Plus waterblock that I used on my Intel CPU. I'm selling this system since I moved to a smaller apartment and went back to air cooling. This is a Frozenq Res(UV Red) Size is 150ml. The bottom is a little scuffed as you can see in the picture. I did put a dab of silicone where the wire comes out of for extra safety from leaking. For sale: Koolance ERM-2K3UCU Rack Mountable Cooling System UNIT OEM INFO Read about it here: This does not have to be mounted in a rack- it can sit flat or on its side. However you need it to be- the read out does pivot in a circle to allow you to set it level how you want to view it. New it was a $900+ cooling solution– this is the copper core unit. Not the lesser aluminum core version. It also includes two sets of high flow Quick Disconnects that are over $100 for those when they were new and a couple Bitspower rotary 90 degree connectors. MODIFICATIONS: When shipped from Koolance. This came with blue LED’s on the large fans and white LED’s in the reservoir window. Because this was being used for Frank, it had to be Black and Red, so the LED’s got replaced with Red LED’s. CONDITION: GOOD- with some scratches on the unit and red coolant ... morewas always used– so expect some tinting. Otherwise I did regularly use compressed air to keep the radiator fins clean and tried my best to care for it the best I could. It was a pride piece I owned that cooled“Frank N Stein” so consider this a fully functional and well cared for unit. This unit was well taken care of and does an incredible job at keeping things chilly. Many people have asked how I was able to maintain the low temps I did and I know it was due to this cooling systems capabilities. I was running a Core i7 990X. A EVGA X58 Classified, and three GTX 580 3G cards all water cooled. The GPU’s run no higher than 38c most of the time, no matter how long I gamed. The CPU lived south of 50C and the MB remained close to ambient. I was using this cooling system and a Black Ice Labs Xtreme 360 radiator inside the Corsair 800D. The loop was ERM CPU Xtreme RAD MCP655 Pump 3x GTX 580 3G MB Back to ERM. REPAIRS: Within 6 months of owning the unit I had to replace the control module under warranty– it has been solid since. 1) Used water cooling neck for a McCormick Deering W30 or F30 tractor. Neck was removed from a 1935 W30 that was not running(stuck) Flange has been cracked and brazed at some point. Not a pretty repair but appears to be effective. Not sure if leaks or not to be honest. Some pitting on hose end. Casting#2465D. Hose end of neck has been sawed off squarely to eliminate rough pitted edge. Minimal length removed. See pictures and ask questions if needed. Will be glad to answer. Paypal preferred.
