VM700 test set. Was used for UK PAL video monitoring. I was going to keep it. Because it works very well, all buttons function ok, and it passes all self tests. I have captured a video of it's startup procedure and may put that on youtube on the next relist(if it doesn't sell on this one) Due to its size. Packind and despatch may take a while to get the correct size box thats just right for the padding as well. Bear that in mind please. If being sent abroad. 3 Tektronix terminations and some video/ mains cables supplied. The only issue that I can see is that there is a bit of play in the rotary knob.
