4.5 x 3.5 Negative. This is a part of a large collection of prints and negatives that I have from HW(Herman) Fechner. He was born in 1895 and died in 1957. From what I have found out from my collection and the web. He was a conductor with the New York Central Railroad and an avid sportsman. He sold prints, as well as made them for himself. I have not found any evidence of copyrights. He was an amazing photographer with a great eye and skills. Many of his photos show great depth of field and striking poses and subjects. Many are of Trains. Animals, People, Mountains and Lakes of Upstate New York, and more. I have both positive prints and many more negatives. There may be a print. This is an old RCA RF signal generator in good electrical and cosmetic condition. The RF output is good on all bands; although the waveform isn't the greatest(I'll post pictures) it is totally suitable for receiver alignment and other general RF uses. The small size(5" X 6" X 9" makes this ideal for someone with limited bench space. There is some discoloration on the front panel as shown in the pictures. Here we have a Vintage U.S. Army TS-497B/URR Signal Corps Generator Because I am not sure how to use it my testing is limited. It powers up and I have displayed it in the photos switched on and Off. as you can see as I turned the knobs needles started to move. The large knob just requires an Allen key( hex Key) to tighten the grub screw on the stork. the dial moves just need tightening on. Please see pictures for cosmetic condition Because I have no idea what it does or how to use it I can only confirm it powers up and stuff happens to the needles when I turn them.
