The glass lens on the meter is in tact with no major scratches or cracks. All of the buttons and knobs on front are present and turns smoothly. The needle on the scale bounces and moves smoothly. I think this meter is tube based but not 100% sure. The unit runs on batteries but I do not know what size. Some minor surface scratches on outer case is present but nothing major.
