Bought these from a sale that had a big beautiful letter drawer made by Hartford Mfg I think. It had a lot of these letters in it but the owner set it already sold except I could buy this one extra set of letters. So I did. This is the first set of these I have sold so you need to know if it is for display or if for use if they will work for you in this condition. They are glued together with something. Not sure if they separate or not as I wanted them that way in case it was for a unique display.

The item for sale is a wooden printing block letter T that is in good condition with marks and patina as per photo. The block is 3.5/16"84mm) tall and and approx 7/8" thick overall. Although the photos were taken outside the fill in flash has made the blocks look a little lighter than they are. Will be posted using a cardboard box. Although none of these five blocks bear the manufacturer stamp. Another block in the group said HAMILTON on the end. Searching for“20 line letterpress” I found 51 eBay sales over the past two months. 47 were letters. There were only 4“signs” or“punctuation” and there were no numbers. I do not know if this is a sign of scarcity. Or just coincidence.
