This is such a great estate find. The owners of this estate kept everything! All the manuals. Papers, instructions for everything they owned. This vintage Paravox hearing aid is from the mid 1940's. Comes with the original box and lots of papers- instructions. Promotional pamphlets, guarantee card, re-ordering instructions, etc. Some are dated from 1946. These papers have some great graphics and are in excellent condition. I didn't attempt to open up the battery compartment on the hearing aid. I suspect from the back exterior, there is some corrosion. I also didn't do a thorough clean on this, which it looks like it might need. This a very neat piece of medical history and rare to find a complete kit like this. Unless otherwise stated. I get most of my goods from estate sales and am not the original owner. I believe it dates from the late 19th or early 20th Century. It consists of an ear piece which is joined to a metal trumpet by tubing.
