This item was purchased from the estate of the previous owner who possessed it for 30 years. The family indicated that the engine and boiler were operational and in use when purchased but have only been on display for the past 30 years. We have run the engine on air and it functions nicely without problems. We are not steam boiler experts and have not fired the boiler and will leave that to the new owner. There are no logos. ID tags or markings on the engine that we can find. There is a piece of the engine mounting base broken and missing at a mount bolt hole and can be seen in the photos. The large engine oiler has had a solder repair made and is shown in the photos. One of the side oilers is missing the drip glass. The governor belt is somewhat loose and not driving as it should. The boiler ash door is missing a hinge. We are not seeing any other problems so look at the photos carefully and we will be glad to try and answer questions or if you have information to provide, please do. The cart frame is made of 2-1/2" X 3-1/2" oak and measures 54" X 25-1/2" The outside width of the wheels is 32" and the front and back axles are 45" center to center. The front wheels are 8" X 2-1/2" and the rear are 12" X 2-1/2" From the ground to the top of the whistle is 77" and from the ground to the top of the boiler stack opening is 65" The boiler is 58" tall from the bottom of the ash box to the top of the stack opening. The boiler measures 18" X 44" and the fire box opening is 7" X 6" and the stack opening is 8" The boiler has 13 tubes 1-1/2" in diameter. The water pump piston is 1" in diameter. Vintage Wooden Milking Stool Three Legs Handle Antique Country Decor Dairy Farm
The stool is in very good shape. It is structurally sound and there are no chips or cracks in the wood. The seat has some minor wear around the rim and some light spots. The legs and handle are tight and in excellent condition. The seat is 11" in diameter and it stands 12" tall. Thanks for looking.

The door has a solid, pine core covered with 1/16" thick, birch veneers. Also, please don't think that"veneer" means inferior quality. Unlike the paper-thin veneers used on modern doors and furniture. These veneers are almost 1/16" thick and provide strength and stability to the door. Also note that chestnut is a rare and valuable wood; it’s not commercially available due to the blight introduced between 1900& 1908. Which made the North American chestnut trees virtually extinct by 1940. The door is finished on both sides. But there are spots and patches of paint ... morehere and there. For auction is an antique Scientitic Catarrh Inhaler with the original box and papers.The box is finger-jointed and the lid slides in and out.The sides of the lid have been worn off but the end still has the little slat that fits into the groove.The lid still works ok though.Size is 4 1/4 x2 1/4 x 1 1/2 inches.The inhaler rubber hose is stiff and dried out but could probably be glued for display purposes(dont think anyone would want to try 110 year old medicine)And there is a nice old 2 1/2 cent American stamp on the end which features a steam ship and reads series of 1898 on it.

Wonderful Antique Wooden Inlaid Sewing Needle Case Needlecase Sewing Kit
Wonderful antique inlaid wooden needle case/sewing kit. Measuring 3 ½ inches tall X approximately 1 inch across. Beautiful wood(not sure of what type of wood) with a nice patina and an inlaid star decoration on the top of the lid. Please note that the lid fits tightly and there is a small gap between the top and bottom sections when the top is put on. The case is unmarked, no manufacturer's mark or date. The wooden case is in very good condition with no cracks or breaks. The inlaid section is also in excellent condition with no parts missing; the star pattern has one section that fits a little less closely together than the other section. Up for sale is this Antique Wooden 18" 6-Spoke Ship Wheel with Notched Brass Hub. This wheel hub measures approximately 3 1/4" in diameter with a mounting hole measuring approx. 3/4" And the key/notch slot is approx. 2/8" This wheel was probably decommissioned some time ago, as it is extremely weathered, which makes it look so much nicer, with the wood still having some color on one side, and some of the acrylic/lacquer is still attached(however, the majority has peeled off) but on the reverse side, we are assuming was the side exposed to the elements, the color and lacquer has been stripped from the wood leaving it a neat gray color. This piece is very sturdy, and still holding together very well, though there is some separation at some of the adjoining places and a few places in the wood itself, though nothing major. ... moreNothing seems to be broken. It would make a rather nice decorative item, it possibly could be used, however, it would have to be refinished.
