This eBay auction listing is for a Thomas& Betts T&B WT-293 Ty-Rap® tool. This tool is a true cable-tie antique dating back to the origination of the T&B Ty-Rap®. Prior to the introduction of the steel barb locking system T&B ties were installed. Locked into place, using a twist of the Ty-Rap® tail, from horizontal to vertical. then cut off. This tool pulled the ties tight then gave a 90º twist followed by a quick clean cut-off. If you are a tool collector in general or specifically a T&B tool collector– this is a must have tool. Okay pole jockeys. You need this. For your consideration is a Swingster brand brown duck jacket size large. This was a style of jacket that one of our vendors used to wear when he made his sales calls. I finally pestered him enough that he broke down and got me one. Only took three years! I never wore this for work. I just wore it for safety meetings. Conferences, things like that. I haven't worn it in probably 10 years. It needs a good home It is in good used condition. It has some variations in the brown color of the duck just from normal wear. There is some light wear on the bottoms of the cuffs. There are also some small rust stains on the front. I have no idea how those got there but you can see them in the pics. It has one small pale spot on the back towards the bottom that you can also see in the pics. The embroidery on the back ... moremeasures about 10 by 10 inches. All of the embroidery is very bright and in great shape. This is from a non smoking home. It is a size large but it is a very roomy and comfortable cut. My other coats are size xl and this feels about the same to me. This jacket was always a conversation starter whenever I wore it. The salesman that I got it from even asked me to quit wearing it to safety meetings because the other line workers got to putting the squeeze on him. This baby had a habit of walking off. I Had to track the darn thing down at meetings more than once! Everybody wanted one. But as far as I know there were only two of these jackets handed out. And the other one is long gone.
