Operator’s manual and application notes, and washers to shield the aperture for high-temperature measurements. This pyrometer should be capable of measuring temperatures up to 5000°F; it is a Type R pyrometer, 100 for 1 optic, and for high emissivity surfaces. This equipment was purchased new from Omega in 2006. The equivalent part numbers(and current prices) from Omega’s website are listed below: OS37-100-R- $1199. I hooked the pyrometer to my data acquisition system and pointed it at the catalyst bed in my“propane buddy” space heater(see my pictures for a screenshot of the data) I don’t have the equipment to fully test this pyrometer but it appears to be in complete working order to me.
