Solid Oak New England Clock Company Wall Clock - Accurate Time
Beautiful classic design wood wall clock. From the New England Clock Company of Farmington, Connecticut. The clock is 11" x 11" x 2" and crafted from Solid Oak. The dial cover is a convex bubble-type glass crystal, and the clock runs with a Junghans German quartz movement. There is a smudged area on the dial where the clock hands touched the dial at one time(no longer the case) but this is not very noticeable. There are no nicks or scratches on the oak at all, and none on the crystal either. Uses a single AA battery. I must also mention the clock keeps Absolutely Perfect Time. I checked it against computer time for 2 weeks) Made in USA.

This auction is for a older vintage time punch in clock from the old COLO. POTOTO FLAKE MFG CO. of Denver Colo. according to the label inside the case. Clock has a quarter sawn Oak case with many brass parts. Case is 39-1/2" tall by 14-1/2" wide by 10-1/2" deep and the unit will have to be shipped in several boxes. One for the case. One for the glass door and one for the clock movement and the time punch machine at the bottom. The cover over the time machine is missing and there is no key for the clock. There is a little brass key& lock laying loose in the case perhaps for the missing door. The pendulum stick is cracked at the top end. The clock springs appear to be sound. Vintage Yale & Towne 11 Jewel Time Lock Movement Runs safe vault clock steampunk
This is a rather old working Yale& Towne 11 jewel mechanical time delay movement. Movements such as this are used in time delay locks for safes and bank vaults. Which foil robberies by preventing the vault door from being opened until a specified amount of time has passed. Typically two or three movements such as this would be installed in a time delay lock to prevent accidental lockout, even if one movement failed the other movements could still unlock the vault door on time. This is an 11 jewel movement and has a high quality fully jeweled lever escapement and balance wheel as shown in the second photo. This movement looks to be in good cosmetic condition and runs good, it is ready to protect the family jewels from Victorian-era enemies. We are offering for auction a clock. It is a Telechron Electric Banjo that is circa 1920's. It is a time only clock and it is working. It was made by Warren Telechron Co. Ashland. Mass. The case is brown mahogany and it is in good condition with no breaks. The reversed painted glasses are very good. The bottom glass is Mt. Vernon. The dial is good and has some wear. It has the original cloth cord that is in excellent condition. There are two place that you can plug the cord into the clock, at the bottom of the neck glass and at the top below the eagle. It has a great eagle and good side rails. I hear no noises when the movement is running. The brass label has on it the following: Telechron Motor No. 17305A- Model No. N1- Type B-2 V 100/125- C 60 W 2 Licensed only for use for which original sold Pat. Vintage Time Master 2 jewel travel alarm clock with date

Movement: 2 Jewel and I think it is german made as it is signed"foreign" All winders and setting functions appear to work as they should and the alarm sound when prompted/set. Case: Brown/maroon hardened leather style case that snaps closed and opens with a push button as designed. The square case has metal gold tone trim around and it to seems to be in very good condition especially for its age. The back portion of the movement is a bright gold tone with minimal signs of wear but consistent from where you have to turn the winders to set this classic. On the inside of the outer case it still has the clear shiny thick plastic protective covering which is a indicator of minimal use. Crystal/ Dial: Glass crystal is in very good condition ... morewith no issues. The stainless steel dial is flawless indicating that the crystal is sealed real good keeping the dial from exposure. The dial is signed TIMEMASTER at th top. Very nice gold tone number markers with gold tone minute/hour hands and alarm setting hand. There is luminescent on the hour/minute hands for viewing in the dark. When we tested this. The date changed from 7 to 8 but my research into these models with the date window indicate trouble with the date windows but it is a travel alarm. As stated above this clock seemed to work when fully wound and the alarm rang as set. These models with 2 jewels and the date window are very rare. I do not except any returns on my vintage/antique clocks. Watches or any other collectibles unless in the extremely rare and highly unlikely event that there is something that I did not describe. Gilbert, Antique Black Mantel clock in excellent, running condition. It is quite old and made circa 1900. It is becoming very hard to find these clocks in great condition. But here it is! It has a signed Wm. L. Gilbert Clock Co. 8-day time and strike movement” which chimes on the half-hour on a bell and counts the hours on the hour on a cathedral gong with a mellow sound. The movement runs very well and keeps good time. This clock, made circa 1910 has been restored using all of its original parts and now runs and looks great. The movement was just cleaned. Oiled, and checked for proper operation. This clock will not need servicing and comes to you ready to enjoy. And is ready for the next ... more100 years. The case is made of a solid wood with a dark black finish. The dial is a correct replacement done many years ago and looks great and is easy to read. The clock looks like it has all its original parts(except the back cover) The clock has its original columns. Feet and end decorations. It also has an adjustment for fast and slow on the dial which can be turned by using the small end of the key near the number 12. This is very handy so you don’t have to take the clock down off the shelf in order to adjust it for fast and slow. The metal(solid brass) around the dial is the original fancy. Ornamental bezel and also in super condition. Complete with an antique Gilbert pendulum. And a double ended key. One end for fast/slow adjustment and the other side for winding. The clock is 16 1/2 inches wide. 111/2 inches high and 7 inches deep. This is a very fine. And well preserved black enamel mantle clock, it runs great and will look great on your shelf.
