I was an avid Winnie the Pooh collector as a young girl. Now that more than a decade has gone by. I'm excited to revisit that collection and pass it on. All of the items in my sales were purchased new or from collector's stores between 1994 and 2001. They have each been attentively cared for in the years since, and where possible carefully cleaned with antibacterial wipes and stored in climate-controlled spaces safe from any unfriendly vibes. Items have been photographed with the highest resolution and fidelity possible. Many are in excellent condition but some have signs of wear. This collection includes an Artist Portfolio and a Winnie the Pooh songbook. It comes with several artwork slides. Taking a classic Pooh image all the way into a new modern image. Up for auction is this Portfolio of Photographic Views of the World's Columbian Exposition printed by Halligan's Illustrated World in 1894. It is number 1 in the first series. It was to be published weekly. The pages have photos of different places at the exposition and an article to go along with the photograph. It is 15½ wide and 10¾ inches tall. It has 10 double sides pages. The covers are in poor condition and the front and back have pulled free and have damaged along the edges. The inside pages are much better but have a small tear along the bottom. This is still a great piece of history and may be one on only a few left. I ship fast and pack carefully.
