From my personal collection. This is a circa 1997 Pelikan"Levenger" M250 piston filling fountain pen in near mint condition with the box and papers. Composed of celluloid in the beautiful gold, black, and pearl"Tortoise" pattern, the pen measures approximately 5" capped. The barrel features a gold trim band and a black plastic filling knob. The cap features gold trim bands, one imprinted"Pelikan Germany, and a gold pocket clip with the classic Pelikan design. It also has an embossed gold Pelican on the crown as pictured. The 14kt. medium nib is imprinted"Pelikan 140-585 M. The section and feed are both composed of shiny black plastic. The cardboard box includes paper inserts. This is a stunning example. The pen is in near mint condition and shows little or no signs of use. I have not attempted to restore ... moreor mess with it at all. The box is likewise in near mint condition.
