This is a good working zebra 105sl label printer. I have worked with these printers before and I would rate the print head as an B- This does NOT have a ethernet port like the product description says. I just couldn't find a description without the Ethernet option. I always used jet direct boxes anyway then as you swap out printers you don't have to reconfigure them. DYMO TAPEWRITER M-5 VINTAGE DYMO LABEL MAKER For Scrap Booking & Collectible
What you see is what get! This is a vintage Dymo M-5 label maker in working condition. I was able to print the label shown in the pictures after a few trial and error attempts. The key to making a successful label was to squeeze the handle gently but all the way. When I squeezed the handle hard and firm the letter embossed but the white part of the embossed letter didn't come out white. I then read the instructions and found out that a gentler complete squeeze was the trick. This label maker has the original box but is missing the bottom part of the box. It also includes all of the documentation that is shown in the pictures. The finish of the label maker is very good to perfect. I could not find any blemishes on the finish. The Dymo is in good working order with 10 tapes. 8 x matt black, 1 x gloss black and 1 x gloss green approx. 10cm wide. Made in the USA with label; Tapewriter U.S Pat No.196398 on the side. 2 x discs one UK £ and one US $. The chrome is pitted in places but does not effect the workings of the labeller. All our items are second-hand used items unless otherwise stated. I have been as honest as possible about the description of the item. For the majority of my parcels I now use MyHermes courier service. They ask for a safe place to leave the parcel if no one is in to accept it. A tracking number is provided for you to track the item. This is a nice vintage Monarch Label/Price maker. This one came out of Mills drug store in Bakken Park in Rapid City S.D. Sets on a nice wood base and has a pull out tray on the bottom full of the letters and numbers. Works but would need tape and ink. Is 11 by 8-1/2 inch and weighs 14 lbs. Antique Rigat Rubus? Violin with Rounded Sides No Makers Label Russia Here is a nice older violin(mid to latter 1800s) It appears to be a Rigat Rubus violin. Whom is considered the finest maker of violins to come out of Russia. I recently picked this violin up at an auction. And remember when considering to purchase. There is never any sales tax to US customers as we live in Delaware, the home of tax free shopping! Rigat Rubus who resided in St. Petersburg. Russia, was known for his rounded edge violins which you can see an excellent example of here. There was no makers label in this violin, so you be the judge as to the maker before acquiring this piece. The beaks on this violin are just pristine and so unique in how they come to a point. This violin was strung when I got it and still had two old gut strings on it. The chin rest and tailpiece ... morethat come with it were also attached to this violin. The chin rest say"Made Cechoslavakia" on it. This violin is one of the nicer rounded edge ones that I came across online or that had sold in the past few years. The craftmanship is exceptional. Cannot speak to the violin's sound. The violin has a two piece maple back. The soundboard appears to be one piece. I can see some repairs that have been done to the soundboard over the years. A couple of cracks that ran from the bottom of the violin up to the right f hole were repaired sometime long ago. Nice finish on the violin. Btu cannot say if has been touched up over the years or not. There is another repair to the soundboard that runs from the left f hole up under the fingerboard about 1.75" A couple of smaller repairs to the soundboard down on either side of end peg that are about 1" to 1.5" long. Another repair to sound board just to the right of the fingerboard that is about 2" in length. See pics. Repairs were done well and the violin is still tightly seamed together. Purfling needs some attention where the repair makes contact with it. Nice looking purfling. F holes, and beaks on this v
