It also needs oil as the"o" and the"k" keys stick down when you press them. You can manually pull them back up and use them again. Other than that though all the other buttons have been tested and work great. All the functions work. Cosmetically it is in good condition with only light wear. A nice collectable portable typewriter. Closed up in its carrying case it measures about 17 x 6 1/2 x 13 1/2 inches and weighs 27 pounds. Check out the other antiques and collectibles. I have always taken very good care of this typewriter. I originally paid about $500.00 for this typewriter plus $25.00 for the extra printer ball and additional for the correcting rolls. This typewriter measures 5-1/4 in. high by 14-1/2 in. wide by 15 in. deep. Included with the typewriter are the following items: 1) Manual. 2) Electrical cord. 3) A hard. Black-plastic case– This sturdy case provides a safe storage compartment for the typewriter and enables ... moretypewriter to be portable. 4) Two ribbon cassettes– These ribbons are from the year 2000. Welcome to M-C's Menagerie We offer this Smith Corona Mark 26 Portable Electric Typewriter/ Word Processor Model 5FWD Serial#1103580 This typewriter is used and in good working condition. It has been tested and types great. Smooth responsive key action when tested and all tested functions appear to work. Weighs only 14.5 pounds. The typewriter casing has some discoloring over the top. No cracks. Chips or other damage to the casing. Does not include owner's manual or keyboard cover. It uses a"H" type correctable black ribbon cartridge and correction ribbon cartridge. Installed is a new black ribbon cartridge. It needs a correction ribbon. Replacement ribbons can be purchased from other Ebay sellers. Most office supply stores or can be ordered from www.scantracker.com. It features a Regency 10 daisywheel.
