There are ... moresome light scratches where the neck strap attaches and some more light scratches along the back down from that area. I tried to show those scratches in the pictures. There are 2 dings that I could find. One that is on the sax itself is very small and is about an inch up and to the left of the Y in the model number. The ding is very small and I could not get it to show up in the pictures. The other ding is in the neck piece. Again. Tried to show this ding in the pictures. It comes with a used Bundy II mouthpiece. There is a small chip out of the end of the mouthpiece. It comes with a brass ligature and a black strap type ligature and brass mouthpiece cover. The sax is in a super nice Yamaha grey hard case. The pads are in great condition. This sax does not appear to have been used for very long. Please see item pictures. Good sounding. Well made, good quality. According to the Sax Value Guide MARTIN These horns are under appreciated. They are undervalued. Play one in good adjustment and you’ll see what I mean. All of the Martin horns have a sweet sound. And a very lush lower end. The horns from 1933(Handcraft Committee) through the early 60’s(the Magna) can hold their own with anything ever made. There are lots of variations on the Martin theme, and below are the ones that I think you should consider. The early ones are mostly seen in silver, add 15% for gold plate. Hello. I have up for sale a very nice but used Yamaha YTS23 Tenor student saxophone with case. This instrument plays beautiful music and all moving parts function as they should from head to toe. There are no issues with the instrument. The pads are in great condition with some having been recently replaced as are all moving parts etc. The instrument does have some dings. Use scratches to the surface etc.what you would expect as far as normal signs of use go. The sax really looks great and sounds the same! This rare Selmer Sax-Pak Tenor Saxophone case is in great condition. The inside is surprisingly pristine and clean. With padding in perfect condition. I've had a sturdy adjustable leather shoulder strap added on to make this easy to carry. It's a great case for travel as it's more compact than any other case I've seen. I've always added some padding around my horn when I've flown with this case–that's important, but otherwise I just pack it with the towel I use to wipe my horn down with after playing, and store my neck in the bell. It has a chic, streamlined vintage look that I love, but I was most drawn to this case for it's minimalism and svelte size. I'm selling because I'm off to grad school and have to downsize my life.

King Zephyr Series II tenor saxophone
The serial number dates this saxophone around 1967 as determined from a serial number chart at http:www.saxophone.org/museum/serialNumbers. This is also the source where I determined that it was a Zephyr Series II tenor since it doesn't state that anywhere on the instrument. It has a great warm tone. It has been given a clean bill of health from our repair person. This is a great gigging horn and is in great condition for an instrument that is nearly 50 years old.

The information I have been able to find on this amazing sax is that the company was purchased by Martin in 1928. So this horn was built prior to that time. This horn has a huge bell and an even bigger sound. The lower register speaks sweeter than any other sax I have ever played! Truly amazing tone. Martin learned a lot from these guys! This horn was played professionally prior to my purchase. It was adjusted very well and has a great feel. The horn is in original patina with about 80-90% lacquer remaining. However it has darkened with age. This horn has rolled tone holes and looks very similar to my Martin Handcrafts of that era. This auction includes the sax. Vintage 1960's Selmer Mark VI Trey Pack Tenor Saxophone Case (Tri Pack, Trey Pak
This is the original case that came with my Mark VI tenor in the late 60's. It is only in fair shape as I used this case as a professional for several years. It's been through a few airports! It is missing three of the eight feet and one is bashed in. It is a bit scratched up but the interior is in pretty good shape. The strap over the neck compartment is gone. The original Selmer logo is gone. It has some rust on the plate on the back that could easily be buffed off. It does have a couple of gashes as shown in the pictures. Tenor Saxophone TS710L-AC
This tenor Saxophone was bought new from Paige's Music in Indianapolis. My son played it for two years while in middle school. It has some small dings and scratches consistent with normal wear and tear. It has never been dropped and has not had any damage to it. The dings and scratches in no way take away from the beauty of the instrument and are not noticeable unless you get up close. This is a hard rubber Brilhart 6 tenor mouthpiece. It is in good condition with a little discoloration and minor scratches. This mouthpiece was in the collection of the very well thought of refacer Jon Van Wie when he died in 2003. It has been in my mother's possession since then. And she has asked me to ascertain whether there is still any interest in Jon's work. We have a few more mouthpieces that were in Jon's workshop, and I will consider putting them up if there is interest in this one. The rails and chamber are in excellent condition. The tip opening is 0.1025. Please keep in mind that I am not a professional or even an intelligent amateur when it comes to mouthpieces.
