This is a beautiful antique meter made by the Roller-Smith Company in the early 1900's. It may have been used with early wireless equipment. But being so old, information is scarce. The case is made from solid brass and appears to have been painted black. But most of the paint has been worn away over time. The glass window is free of cracks or scratches. The hefty 5/16" rear terminals are made of steel alloy and devoid of any corrosion and the heavy nuts and washers appear to be original.
