The nib on this pen is a very uncommon right foot oblique. Ie sloping from left to right, VF(very fine) being only 6/10ths of one millimetre wide at the point. The cap too is uncommon and is in good condition and has a gold plated clip which has a tiny bit of plate loss at the high point on the shaft of the feathers at the top and again at the high points on the bottom. The cap top jewel is present and intact and the cap is as stated in rolled silver with condition commensurate with its great age and the fact that it is in soft silver. The pattern is converging lines. Cap to barrel closure is excellent. The pen has been dismantled and the relevant parts cleaned of old ink in ... morean ultrasonic tank. I have checked the unit out with my personnel Rubidium controlled Counter. Oscilloscope, and Spectrum Analyzer and it is a lab grade functional unit as depicted in the pictures. This ancillary equipment is depicted only to show the Synthesizer output and not included in this sale.
