In this part of the story Edward Black runs into the police inspector at Jack Race’s flat and tries not to give himself away. Size of each is about 19 by 7.75 inches. Image size of each is about 17 x 5.25 inches. Excellent condition with just minor soiling/smudging in the margins and minor whiteout to correct dialog balloon edges. Dialog is lettered on the board. Here are 5 consecutive Carol Day originals from the story. Spiros Londos. Which began in June 1967. The strips are#3286-3290. Spiros Londos is the sequel to the previous story. Uncle Richard. On the death of her Uncle Richard. Carol inherits the Caribbean island of Gabriela, and in this story she has to protect it from being taken over by a mobster, Spiros Londos. In this sequence, Carol and her uncle finish the discussion with Inspector Allen and Spiros arrives on Gabriela. This was the last Carol Day story worked on by David Wright. He completed the first 55 boards before his death. And as of#3306 the art was taken over by Kenneth Inns, a noted contemporary British illustrator. Size of each is about 20.75 inches by 7.75 inches. Nice prehistoric Anasazi reserve pot that measures 4.5 in. wide and 4.5 in. tall and dates around 1150 AD. This pot was found on private property near Flagstaff AZ. and is in AS FOUND CONDITION! The Native American Jicarilla Apache coil basket is about 5 1/4" high x 9" diameter. The basket had handles on each side. The handles were broken off. And only the location of where they were show. Other than that, the basket is in very good condition. The dyes on the basket have not faded too bad, the design is still visible. The basket pot came from one of the local pueblos. This would make a great addition to any collection.

The Native American hopi coil basket is about 9" high x 10 1/4' diameter at the top and 5" diameter at the bottom. The basket has damage around the top coil at the top and one coil at the bottom. Other than that. The basket is in very good condition. There is a string about 2 3/4" long, at the bottom of the basket, is used to hang the basket. The basket pot came from one of the local pueblos. This would make a great addition to any collection.

The old native american acoma pueblo rattle is about 3 1/2" in diameter x 9 3/4" long. The gourd is painted like a piece of pottery. The gourd is not cracked. I have never seen a rattle painted to look like a price of pottery. I tried to show in the photos. That there is some red mineral paint on the rattle and the handle of the rattle. The rattle came from one of the local pueblos. This would make a great addition to any collection.

Vintage NOBLET Courtois trumpet, made in Paris, France - NO RESERVE
Vintage NOBLET trumpet- Noblet" brass instruments are known to be built by Courtois. A well known French manufacturer of professional brass instruments. I actually found out about Noblet when I came across a Noblet flugelhorn that played circles around a Couesnon and Kanstul Besson that I owned at the time. Through research, I learned that they were built by Courtois and were a professional caliber instrument. They are a pretty rare find, as I believe they were only made in the late 1950s and 60s. About this horn: Serial# 7.Xxx. Casing is stamped"M" I have no idea of the bore size) Valves, casings, and caps are stamped"31,32,33" which was their sequential number in a batch of 99. This was typical of French instruments, just like the F. Besson, Couenson, and Leblanc horns. Horn appears to be original lacquer. And is ... moreabout 60% remaining. The leadpipe appears to be nickel silver, or nickel plated. Theres a ding or two, and there was a dent at the bell flare that was"mostly" removed. See pics) The dent area has much room for improvement, as you can feel a few waves/unevenness, and see some scars. I never bothered because the horn played so well, and cosmetics never really bother me. Mechanically. All is good. The valves move well and show good compression. All slides move properly. The 3rd slide ring is a replacement, and not original. Case included. Which might be original too, though its very well used. This is one heck of a"sleeper" horn. It plays with light. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or any signs of use for that matter. There is some wear to the cork stopper, probably due from age as it looks like it has never been used. Up for Auction is an Antique Shelf Mantle clock. It is marked Wurttemberg and has a sticker with the model number. I am not familiar with the mark on the inside of the case for the maker. It runs and chimes nice(loud) I removed the pendulum for shipping. I will wrap it and put it in the box. No key. Measures 19 inches tall to the finial and the base is 11 1/2 inches wide. It has a beautiful case. Expect to have it serviced/cleaned for you years of use. Nice old German musical / animated cuckoo clock working 100% A-1 LOW RESERVE
LOW RESERVE*on this nice good old fashion wood German animated and musical cuckoo clock. Here's a real nice vintage cuckoo clock from Germanys famed Black Forest made by E. Schmeckenbecher. It's 9 1/2" wide and 12" high not counting the wieghts or pendulum. It has the high quality Regula one day movement. It comes complete with wieghts and pendulum and has had origional bellows recovered and is in 100% A-1 working order. It sounds great- both the cuckoo and music. On the hour the cuckoo bird comes out from behind the little door and counts(cuckoos) the hour as he bobbs up and down. Opening& closing his beak. At the same time a coil gong is sounded with each cuckoo. When the bird has finished counting the hour he retreats behind the little door and the music begins. The tune is"Kaiserwalzer" As the music is ... morebeing played the four dancing couples go round and round to the music. For the light sleeper, simply latch the cuckoos door and both the cuckoo and the music will be silent all nite. This clock has spent decades building the beautiful patina that it has and would enhance any home or collection. This clock is in great condition and is a great candidate to become a family heirloom suitable to be handed down from generation to generation. If you're looking for this model of cuckoo clock, this is one of the very nicest you will find. It has a nice wide pendulum swing for a great visual impact. This is a Martin 175th anniversary edition 12-string. Comes with the Martin hard shell case pictured. It has only had one owner and is in great condition! This guitar was made in 2008. Comes with brand new strings. Put on it just yesterday. There is no sign of warping or any damage of the sort. Always kept in hard case with a guitar humidifier. Slight pick guard wear and one or two dings on the backside of the neck. Sides and back of guitar are in EXCELLENT CONDITION! Small scratches on the corner of backside from belt-buckle wear in the finish only. Overall it plays GREAT and has a beautiful look to it. Amazing guitar with a great ring. A must have for all 12-string enthusiasts!

Gibson '59 Leather "Bobby Lee" Strap for Les Paul, flying V, Explorer-No Reserve
Original 1959 Gibson Bobby Lee"No Mishap Guitar Strap" This will be the perfect strap for any late 50's Gibson Les Paul. Explorer, Flying V, Moderne or Lg-1. This one came with my 1959 Epiphone Zephyr. The guitar was in very excellent condition, and had been played very little. I used the strap once, for about an hour and a half, probably the only time this has been used, it looked unused when I got it. I still have and probably always will have an Epiphone from that era, so I kept it. But the Univibe is about to be reissued, redesigned by the original guy, and I don't want to save up for it, so here's the old guitar strap for you. You can see in the last photo the guitar case this came in, the photo is from when I sold the guitar, so the strap is not pictured. There are some small holes in the foam on the back of the ... moreshoulder pad, and there are other small circular indentations you can't see in the photo that don't look like holes, as if something had been pushing into the foam for a long time, or it could have been moths maybe, I'm not an expert on them.
