Myford ML7 Lathe with many extras Burnerd Chucks face plate In USA
I have changed the shipping amount on this listing since I have learned the lathe weighs more than 200 lb and that is with out all the accessories which combined may be worth as much as the lathe. the total weigh could be near 300 lbs. A tool junkies delight. Those of us who have learned their Home Shop Machining thru those great British and English Books which teach and make Metal Machining so clear. Like Sparey's Amateur's Lathe and Ian Bradley's the Amateur's Workshop will always have a soft spot for a Myford Lathe; here is a chance to own one which is State side(i.e. America) I bought it many years back for emotional reasons and because I learn by buying a tool and having it to touch. Feel and get to know. I loved having this Lathe. I no longer believe I will be able to restore it; I need to find a new owner to care for ... moreand fix it up. I had planned to recondition it to it's original Glory. But friends acquired me a much larger and easier to use lathe before I could even start working on it. This Myford Lathe has been a joy to own and ponder. It comes with the change gears and two chucks. The four jaw Bernerd chuck seems to be in near new condition and original equipment too. has a super 7 crosslide which has one t-slot ding-not too bad tho in my opinion. selling as is because it is used- this will be a great restoration project.
