Cyclone LP4500 Ride on pressure washer cleaning-recovery-recycling. I am going to list this a a Buy it Now for a short time and decide if I should do the repairs and raise the price. The last time it was serviced was at 428 hours marked on the filters when they were replaced. They are dated 2-11-11 so it has had about 4 hours running in the last 2 1/2 years and I put about 2 of those on it this week running and testing it. I purchased this at a Casino inventory reduction ... moresale. It had been sitting for a while not being used. I had the company(Total Clean of Las Vegas) that maintained it for the casino come out and give it an inspection. During the inspection we started up the John Deere turbo diesel and it runs like new. The hydraulics all work and the cleaning mechanism moves up and down nicely. It did not want to pump water and the mechanic said the anti weep valve was not opening. He took the spring and plunger out of it so that water would flow. This will need to be repaired. After that the machine pumped fine. It was running at 2800 PSI. Everything worked well but the pressure was low. The mechanic pointed out that the pressure pump was leaking between pump and head assy. and said it could be a cracked pump piston or pump packings are bad. He did not open it to see what wrong. He also noticed that under the cyclone the rotating union was leaking. He also stated that it needed all the screens and jets cleaned. He turned the burner on and it fired right up and as of now all systems are operational. It runs and drives fine. The service guy told me the rotating union cost $760.
