Quest 215 with octave filter. Audiometer 9A coupler& weight,this was a demo unit from Vancouver BC but was never sold. I used one of these meters in the mid 80's and it compared favorably to my 2203/1613/4144 I was amazed because we paid a lot less for the Quest kit and it didn't break down as much(meter neck problems threads stripped or jammed) and when we sent it in to Anaheim(after a while no longer in business) we were always told it needed a new 4144 and the charged us to repaint it $400.00,$ 1100.00 for new microphone. These meters are very rugged and reliable. Everything in the pictures is included hand held meter can be used for frequency measuring. I have chart with correction factors for 6Kand 8 K but it has a flat response otherwise. The corrections on 6 and 8KHZ are less than 2db. You get everything you see in the first photograph(the remaining photographs are close ups) The inside of the case was damaged and replaced with bubble wrap. All items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside case prior to shipment. I put batteries in. Turned it on and the bar went across the top. I pressed the run button and numbers displayed as seen in the photo. No testing was performed. Tape residue is on the case shown in last photo. Stickers show this was last calibrated by quest in January of 2009 and due for calibration in January of 2010. It needs to be calibrated. Sold as is. Ships to lower 48 states only.
