Physically its very nice with a few scratches to the original wood cabinet. But nothing serious. There are some small rings that look like they could be removed with a little work. Overall a very nice looking unit that is worthy of some service. I did a little research on the web. There wasn't much. What I did find out is that the amp was made in Korea in the early eighties. The specs were pretty respectable. 60 watts rms per channel into 8 ohms with low distortion. The amp was working fine. Then just stopped. I let it sit for a couple of days and it started working again. While it was working it sounded pretty nice. It might be an easy fix, but at least there are a ton of usable parts and switches. You may get and it will work fine. This is a fairly heavy unit. I took plenty of pictures so please look at them carefully. The unit is being sold for parts or repair. Buy with confidence. 50’s Dukane Model 1U460A PA Amplifier Powers Up 1 Owner Excellent Cond
Recently a family member did a demo of an old car dealership and this tube amp was left behind. The amp was in service as recent as 1 year ago when the dealership went out of business. This unit was placed in the dealership when it was purchased new. And has been in one owners possession until recently. This amp measures 19 x 9 ½ x 8 ½ inches. And if not for a few small drips of paint, I would say this one is near-mint. I plugged it in(With a stepped-down load) and the tubes fired right up and the amp came to life. I have not checked all the different functions as I have no way to test them, but I believe the winning bidder will be pleased with this one.
