Here I have a 2010 Whaley"SA10-3-2PT" 10 ton air cooled roll around chiller. Just pulled from production running very well. We did pull the pump to process off because we needed it for something else. Most people will need to spec out their own size pump anyways for your demand needs. It does still have the recirculation pump still for the condenser. It comes with its own internal tank. It has been a very good unit. Not very old either. We bought it new. I have the manual as well. DRH Johnson? Crane Snatch Block (and tackle?) 8" Pulley 1" Rope Line 10-14 ton?
Up for auction is this vintage snatch block. I can make out"on" on it but nothing else. That leads me to believe it may be a DRH Johnson. I found it in a garage I bought. It was one of several mounted to an I-beam overhead and had a sign saying"Max. Safe Operating Capacity 10 Tons(20.000 lbs. I don't know if that is the actual rating of this piece though. I would have to assume that the rig would be labeled for the weakest component so I would also assume that this is 10 tons or more. The smallest one had a 6" pulley so I'm assuming that would be the one rated at 10 tons and this should be significantly more. It's about 20" from tip of the hook to the bottom of the pulley. The pulley is about 8 inches in diameter and looks like it had a 1" diameter cable. It's a little filthy and has some surface ... morerust but the hook swivels and the pulley rotates freely. A local company has recently closed one of its machine shops and the associated maintenance department. The surplus items from this shop will be offered for sale as they are released for disposition. Offered here is an H. K. Porte 40 Ton Hydraulic Hose Crimper. It is a type 21940. Serial number LA-20. The picture shows it just as it was removed from the maintenance shop. The pump is a 1 H.P. 110 Volt motor and the Dies, Press Heads, Hoses, etc. will all be included as shown in the picture. Although I did not see the crimper in operation I was told that it was in good working order up until the time the shop ceased operation. It is located in Southampton, PA 18966 and can be stretch-wrapped to a pallet for shipment.
