Stihl 066 MAGNUM w/a TON of Spare Parts, Parts Lot, Parts, Parts & More Parts
I have a Stihl 066 magnum that was part of a lot of 30 saws I bought a while ago. It is a complete basket case as you can see. The saw will come with everything you see in the first photo. About 80% of the necessary parts to build a complete saw with a lot of spares. It was manufactured 01-01& is labeled as a 066 that had a magnum sticker on the filter cover it had on it when it was purchased by me. The saw had a cheap,after market p/c that has serious scoring. I have not personally used the saw so I can not guarantee any of the internals are good, however I have built dozens of saws from the ground up& everything seems to be re-usable. The bearings seem tight& smooth. The crank& rod appear to be good with no serious blueing on the rod from getting too hot. It is extremely hard to measure tolerances for the piston big end ... morebearing. My buddy who has built over 500 saws thinks it feels useable as do I but again I can not guarantee this as I have not used the saw. 2 of the cylinders in the pictures are from 650 magnums, 1 of which might be salvageable. Good for porting practice. This saw was in use until the piston& cylinder went bad which is why you don't buy cheap Chinese p/c kits& you mix carefully. The 3/4 wrap handle is broken at the lower mounting point& it was previously welded by a shoddy welder, it can be cleaned up& tig welded back together. There are several new oem parts including cylinder base gasket, piston pin bearing& several new non-oem parts like the case half gasket. I have always used Meteor& NWP kits both of which you can now order from Baileys, if you intend on fixing the saw I highly recommend one of these two kits. Obviously Meteor being the first choice but, the NWP cylinders have substantially larger ports. This listing is for a used Wallace adjustable gantry. Model 1-6010151 At 17' rated at 6000lbs. At 14' rated at 8000lbs. At 10' rated at 10.000lbs. Overall Width approx. 16' This gantry is used and shows wear. Some of the pins and mounting brackets are bent. But everything still assembles and works properly. A few of the holes are slotted from use. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Unit is disassembled and ready to be loaded on your truck or trailer This item is being sold local pick up only due to its size. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements.
