Antique rusty double pulley with chain. The larger double pulley says"1 Ton Capacity" and measures 15 inches long. The other single pulley is unmarked and about 14 1/2 inches long. They are all hooked up with a chain. As one piece layed out in photo end to end is 141 inches. This piece is rusty but still very useable! Great for an industrial or steampunk look. Thanks for looking at this auction. This 1/2 ton electric chain hoist is in good condition. I hooked it up and made a small video of it running up/down. I would prefer local pickup but I will ship to the lower 48 states in USA only. This hoist runs fine. It has been brought to my attention that the control pendant doesn't match the same age as the motor. This looks as though the pickle style controller has been replaced at some point. This control pendant control wiring is the 4 wire(up/dn/power/ground) type that is used in the newer motors. The wiring diagram on the inside has a date code of 1994. The contactor has 1997 on it. I would say this motor is at least 1997, maybe slightly newer. The contactor is the type that allows the motor to work inverted, I.E- like they do in the entertainment industry for lifting lighting and speakers ... moreclusters. This motor could easily be modified with new chain(65ft) and new pigtail and be used for this purpose. I added a new picture to show the contactor. It is an'end' view. It appears to lift 8' but may be 10' since there is a lot of chain left to pull at 8' The main sprocket is approx. 6.25" in diameter and the load sprocket is approx. 5.25" The hook openings are 1" and each sprocket has a grease zerk for lubing the main shafts. The hoist pulls free in both directions, and holds the load. The chain appears to be in excellent condition. The spring loaded clips on the hooks work well and secure the load.
