This is a single issue of Journey into Mystery#2(1972) that features a Jack the Ripper story drawn from Robert Bloch's 1942 story in Weird Tales. The cover features a particularly ghostly blue image of Springheel Jack stalking a mini-skirted red haired woman in the streets of NYC. The issue is complete and somewhat of a collector's item. It is not a high grade book. But a good reading copy that any collector would be proud to have in their collection. Epiphone Ripper Bass - Rare Limited Edition Custom Shop MIK
Thank you for viewing my auction for a gently used Epiphone by Gibson Ripper Electric Bass Guitar. This Custom Shop Ltd Edition was made in Korea. This is the natural finish version from 2006- 2007. The Epiphone Ripper is actually Epiphone's version of the Gibson Grabber bass. Excellent quality bass and has been discontinued and is no longer produced and is hard to find. Solid maple body. Bolt-on maple neck, maple fretboard with abalone dot inlays, 34-inch scale, Brass nut. The hardware is high quality. Check out that bridge! Definite upgrade over the three-point bridge often used by Epiphone and Gibson. It has pickups in the style of a Fender Precision Special with the p-bass style neck(closer to the neck then on a Fender) and a single jazz/ j-style bridge pickup. This thing is awesome. It's in great cosmetic shape. I've only ... morenoticed one very tiny knick on the edge of the headstock(see photos) which is like 1/10th the size of a penny. It has some belt buckle rash in one concentrated area on the back of the body which I took pictures of. The marks are very thin and near the top of the clear coat. So if it bothers you it should come out good with lightly sanding and/or just buffing/ polishing it out. I prefer the Korean made Epiphone basses and guitars of this time period to the one Chinese made ones. This bass was not made in China. This has been professionally set up and plays great. Nice. Low action, fresh strings. Straight neck, almost no fretwear, truss rod works as it should. Hello, Offered for sale is this set of hard to find old school ACS Z-Rims. These were originally built in 1981-1982 and installed on a one owner P.K Ripper. They have just been respoked and are straight and true. The suntour freewheel is original. And is a little notchy/ sticky. The hubs are original ACS hubs and still look great. 800x600 800x600 LATE 90’S EPIPHONE BY GIBSON RIPPER REISSUE 4 STRING BASS GUITAR. MAPLE, KOREA The Epiphone Ripper Bass aimed at recreating a favorite Gibson bass guitar of the 1970s. This is a late 90's Epiphone re-issue made in Korea with the single pickup. Epi did another later in the 2000’s that has the newer has a P/J configuration and a different bridge/brass nut. This one has more"retro" and closer to the original models save for the one pickup config. The Epiphone Ripper featured a hard maple body with maple neck and fingerboard. A smooth high gloss finish on top of the fingerboard was intended for durability while a satin finish on the back of the neck aimed toward smooth playability. A bolt-on style bridge increases the transfer of sound to make sure the pickups get everything you play. You see many more of the newer ... moreones floating around than these. Nice bass. A rare bike from the beginnings of serious BMX racing. This bike is a SE Racing"ripper" made in 1980. The SN is MR 38118 which signifies an early mini-ripper. It was sold by Cycle/Sport Ltd. in Springfield, Illinois. This bike is being offered as found. Unrestored, with its original 80's parts and accessories. It is in really nice original condition. Parts and accessories are as follows; The frame is the rare loop tail ball burnished aluminum mini-ripper model. All welds and drop-outs are in fantastic condition. Top tube measures 16.5" The frame retains its original decals. Including the bike shop decal that originally sold it. The decals show appropriate wear but can be easily read. Bars are racing inc. blue anodized with scratches where the number plate attached Unstamped Landing Gear forks which have some issues. Chrome ... morehas light surface rust. There is a dent, and they need a spot weld on the angled tip. Tuf Neck Pro Neck stem. Head set is unknown. Cranks are Sugino Super Maxi forged 170mm stamped A2. Silver aluminum not chrome. Crank bearings sugino 1.37 x 24t. Pedals are KKT FMX Lightning in blue anodized. Brakes are Dia Compe MX 1000 with rare two finger brake lever. Sprocket is a 44 tooth Pete's Precision Products. Tough neck seat clamp. Unstamped. Seat is a UNI Hammerhead in blue. Needs a decal. Front wheel is an Araya 7x with suntour hub in anodized blue. Rear wheel is a Araya 7L with a gold Shimano VIA E1 hub. Chain is KMZ Z chain. Here is a very nice Sunflower 5 shank disc ripper(model 4410-13) This ripper is in excellent condition and has less than 400 acres on all new disc blades. Bearings, seals and bushings. It is heavy duty and does a great job. Sunflower is probably the best name in tillage tools and this unit works great. We have used it the past couple years with no problems whatsoever.
