I wasn't sure what category to put this ceramic figurine under. It is made by Relpo which I think is like Napco from Japan in the 1950's or 60's. It's Mary and her little lamb ceramic figurine planter. It is marked Relpo with the numbers SW910. It's in very good condition with no cracks; just a few very small marks and some crazing on the bottom. It measures about 6& 1/2" high and 5" across. Very cute face. Bright colors. It is mainly white with nice soft hues of blue, pink, flesh peach on the baby, and bright gold leaf highlights. It measures 3 3/8" at the tallest point, by 4 3/4" across the widest points. RARE - Vintage Horse TV Lamp and matching Horse Planter
I am selling a horse TV lamp and a matching horse planter. Both are very old. The planter has a lot of crazing due to its age. But no chips or breaks. It has USA stamped on the back. It is approximately 10 3/4" long and 5 3/4" tall. The TV lamp has less crazing, but it has a repaired place on the back. It does not show from the front and shows well. I am not sure if the bulb was supposed to have a cover, but I do not have one. Bulb does not work but I left it in so you can see what kind of bulb it takes. There is a small well area on the back, that I am thinking might have been for scented water or perfume, way before air freshener came into popularity. This covered over"house odors. This adorable vintage White West Highland terrier planter is in excellent condition. Ceramic material. It measures 7 1/2" from tip of nose to tail and 4 1/4" high and 4" from ear tip to ear tip. There are no chips. Cracks, flea bites or any other damage to this piece. There is extensive crazing all over inside and out which attests to its age. Clean inside and out and all paint is intact. Not sure what the symbol is above the made in Japan stamp on the bottom. Perhaps someone in the ebay community might know. Would make a great Q-tip or cotton ball holder in the bathroom. Very good condition with only a couple of tiny scuff marks on the paint which I have tried to show in the close up pictures above. Inside is very clean and does not appear to have been used.
