NICE CLEAN VINTAGE SOUTH WESTERN MOTIF HANGING POTTERY PLANTER FLOWER POT DECOR
This piece of pottery is in good solid condition no splits. Cracks, dings, nicks, chips, mars or damage to planter or glazed finish. Flower pot is 6 3/4" diameter at top tapering down to a 2 1/2" flat spot on bottom x 4" deep. The spots on outside that you see in pics are all in the painted Kokapelli South Western design that goes all the way around perimeter with glazed finish over top sealing in spots from the origin. There are three 1/8" holes evenly spaced around top with braided rope knotted in spots fed through holes as hanger Ready to be filled up used& displayed!

It measures 7" wide by 5-1/2" tall. the bottom surface has a raised ceramic rib on it somewhat like Royal Copley pottery although I am not sure who the maker of this piece is. ANTIQUE LIMOGES GUERIN JARDINIERE / PLANTER / VASE / BOWL, 9"
This is a gorgeous antique planter marked W. Guerin Limoges France. Dating, accordingly to the mark, ca. 1900-1932. The bowl is signed on the bottom with the initials of the artist Y.T. It is 6" high. 9" wide and it has 7" opening. The piece is decorated with colorful roses on a green and cream background. Red. Pink. White and yellow roses go all around the bowl. The edge is painted in gold and so the border inside, that looks worn out. Some light yellow stains inside show that the piece has been used. The exterior part looks amazing. With vivid colors and no damage to the porcelain. No cracks. Chips nor repairs to this piece. An impressive bowl that can be a great centerpiece with or without flowers. Antique 1890 Earthenware Ohio Pottery Purple Lg Cache Planter Pot Victorian Era
Here we have a Vintage 1890's- 1910's Earthenware Factories& Potteries Ohio Pottery Cache Pot. Purchased last year from an elderly couple's estate where there were many antiques and collectibles. This large and Very Unusual Victorian era colored pot measures 8.5" tall x 9.5" in diameter. There aren't any cracks but there are two insignificant chips on the bottom ridge of the pot, as shown in photo. THERE ARE MANY GLARES IN THE PHOTOS Therefore difficult to get any photos without glares. So. For this reason I took many photos. There is gold along the top ridge with some of it being somewhat worn off. There are variations of purples(which are true to color in the photos) and it gradually changes to lighter colors as you move down towards the bottom area of the pot. The darker decorations are sort of a very dark ... morepurple/black with the outer edge of them showing more of a purplish tone and being partially and sporadically outlined in gold. The gold has faded to a light purple in areas. The leaf decorations are just what you see in a pink/purple color matching the lower color tones towards the bottom area of the pot. These too are very faintly lined in possibly a gold or faded gold into a light purple. The handles also have worn off gold on the sides and it looks like the gold areas have turned sort of a purple in color as it has done in other areas. The inside isn't bad for as old as it is. Some stains on the inside bottom that I have not tried to scrub off. With all the intertwined letters on the underside hallmark it was hard to tell one from another. Co. is the only thing that I did know. There is also a stamped and incised"446" I was told by marks4ceramics.com that this is definitely an American pot from the 1890's- 1910 era. I was told that it is either Ohio Pottery or Pioneer Pottery as both worked in the same area using the same raw materials and skilled artisans from the same communities. Here we have a LARGE Antique Rose Decorated Cache Pot. Looks sort of like a french Limoges decorative styling. S ort of shabby looking too. It's a Heavy and quite Sturdy pot. I was told by professionals that it was made around 1900. Which is an estimate. But. From the wear, definitely an older piece. Probably made in the Ohio Valley area, possibly from one of the several Bennett Potteries. But don't know for sure. Either way. It's definitely an older glazed earthen ware piece. It is large measuring 9-1/2" tall with a 11-1/2" diameter and measuring 14" from handle to handle. It has an old style to it with a raised decorative design and having slightly worn gold splatters/highlighting along edges and in certain areas on outside of pot. The rose looks to be a transfer and is in good condition. Pot looks older because ... moreof the wear. Crazing and a couple of minor 2" hairline cracks on the inside near the top, w hic h can be seen in photos. The H20 on the bottom is in a shiny gold matching the gold highlighting on the edges. The detail is incredible-you can see all the veins in the leaves and flowers, there is a striped texture to her dress and even the straps can be seen from both the front and back. The top sweet pea and her arm are so close together that you would think they would be molded together but they are actually separated by a space as fine as a hair. Mexican Owl Vase planter Dolores Hidalgo stamped unusual, gorgeous colors unique
This auction is for one ceramic/ pottery owl vase/ planter. The vase is quite unusual. I've been doing research on it for a while and have yet to find another one like it. The colors on this piece are bright and beautiful(see pictures) On the bottom of vase there is a stamp which reads: Dolores Hidalgo GTO. Dolores Hidalgo(in full. Dolores Hidalgo Cuna de la Independencia Nacional(English: Dolores Hidalgo Cradle of National Independence) is the name of a city and the surrounding municipality in the north-central part of the Mexican state of Guanajuato. The stamp is fading but can be seen with a light or magnifying glass(see pictures) I don't know much about this piece as it was picked up at an estate sale. There was dirt residue inside so I know that it was used as a planter/vase previously. It has been cleaned very gently with warm ... morewater and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. The piece is shiny/ has a glaze over the color adding to it's beauty. The floral pattern is beautiful. Everything looks hand painted. The piece is very detailed with grooves to represent the feathers of the owl. On the top of one ear there is an imperfection/small hole. It doesn't appear to be a chip(see pictures) There are 3 small holes on one foot and 2 smooth dark spots on the back(see pictures) The smooth spots may be paint. They have the glaze over them so they appear to have been there since the piece was created. I'm pretty sure the small holes mentioned happened during the firing process. There are no cracks. Chips, or crazing. Piece measures approximately 6.5 inches tall. 8.5 inches long, and 5.75 inches wide. The hollow planting part is 3.5 inches deep at it's deepest portion. 60's PSYCHEDELIC LAVA GLAZE POTTERY PLANTER PLANTERS, VINTAGE ORANGE YELLOW BLUE
FOR AUCTION; A set of X2 VINTAGE 1960's PSYCHEDELIC LAVA GLAZE POTTERY PLANTERS in vibrant hues of Orange. Yellow, Cobalt Blue, and Brown. EACH HAS A UNIQUE COLOR AND GLAZE and they both share the same design and silhouette. Both have the same glaze and color on the inside which is a smooth slate grey. There are no manufacturer markings or signatures of the artist. CONDITION and DETAILS; Large Pot = No major damage. There are not any chips. Cracks, or scratches other than the minor flea bites described below. A previous owner has drilled 3 holes in the base for water drainage which is good for healthy plants but it has altered it's original condition. It is structurally sound and stable but when you look into the pot you can see where the base was shaved away to allow for the water drainage holes. This larger planter has a few super ... moretiny flea bites around the top lip but they are disguised in the inconsistent glaze colors/textures and are not noticeable unless you try to look and feel for them. They are pictured. This pot has crazing that appears to be part of the yellow glaze. There are minor mineral deposits around the inside of the lip that can be cleaned away if you know how to do this. The underside of the planter has typical discoloration from years of use with water. The overall condition of this planter is good for it's age and end use. You will not see it's flaws unless you are hyper critical of these things. The lava glaze is cool how it pops out of the yellow glaze. The Blazing ORANGE fades towards the base and at the first contour the color is at is boldest. This really is a neat planter! Small Pot = EXCELLENT CONDITION. No chips. Flea bites, or major scratches. The inside is very clean but has very light signs of mineral deposits near the top. They are hard to see unless you have a critical eye. The glaze on this pot is not puffy like the larger pot and the glaze colors intentionally bleed into each other creating this very cool and psychedelic tertiary color/visual texture. This pot

Vintage Shaw Pottery Leon Schlesinger Warner Brothers Bugs Bunny Planter ca 1940s Up for your consideration is a vintage Shaw Pottery rendering of Bugs Bunny produced sometime in the 1940s. If Bugs looks a little bummed here. It's because some maroon mishandled him and lopped off the end of his left ear. My guess is the Acme Moving Company was involved. Offered here in hopes that the rarity of the piece offsets the flaw. Still presents incredibly well with a nice crazing throughout. Otherwise intact and in excellent cosmetic condition for its age.
