This is part of an S-band NASA Parametric Amplifier I pulled apart(2.2-2.3 GHz) Made up of WR-42(18-26 GHz) waveguide parts, it has a K band Gunn Diode Oscillator as the pump source(pen is pointing to it in the first pic. runs off 7 volts) there is a cross guide coupler with a diode detector& a level set attenuator section, and a device that I think is a modulator or RF switch, not sure, follows the GDO) plus the varactor in its mount with a type N for signal and a waveguide port for the pump. Lots of K-band fun here! I have too much stuff, so better off in your pile. Maybe you need parts for a project, want the gunn osc(looks tuneable) or whatever.
