This tool appears to be in nice used condition. I see scratches and stains from previous usage. But overall it looks very nice. I am not a mechanic, so I cannot say with 100% certainty that is in perfect working condition. I can tell you that I hooked it up to my compressor and I did not hear any air leaks nor did I see any fluid leaks. When I pull the trigger, the head moves back toward me and when I let off the trigger, it slides back forward very smoothly. You can hear what sounds like a piston inside the unit.
