This meter is in excellent condition and was purchased in person in Vienna. Austria from a friend who found it in his house. Just like the other Gossen sixtomat color finder that I have for sale, I don't think this one was ever used much. It comes complete with the neck/wrist strap that you see in the pictures. The only reason this meter is listed as"for parts or not working" is because I have not been able to test it. I simply couldn't figure out how to get any readings out of it. Below you will find the good. Bad and unknown of this camera. All glass is in Beautiful shape. I would give it a 9 out of 10. Only knocking it down a notch for thinner then hair marks on the lens. Nothing deep and that would affect the way this lens operates. The body of the camera is in excellent shape as well. for the body I would give it a 8.75. Taking of points only for normal wear and tear-5 points and-1.25 points for the fact that the estate was owned by a smoker. I was able to clean everything up a bit. VINTAGE GOSSEN SIXON MANUAL ANALOGUE LIGHT METER WITH CASE
This is an auction for a vintage Gossen Sixon manual analogue light meter with case This is one of several items I have been requested to list for auction by a friend who disposing of some of his photographic equipment. I am no expert and simply list this item as honestly as I can. The Sixon lightmeter was made in Germany by the company P. Gossen& Co. The serial number for the lightmeter is on the back and is B260923. I believe this range of lightmeters was produced in Germany from about 1952. The meter is equipped with a selenium photo cell. The light meter needle does move over the scale to near full scale deflection but I cannot vouch for its accuracy. The film speed knob scale on the side the meter has settings from 12 ~ 800 ASA/ 12 ~ 30 DIN. Cosmetically the lightmeter appears in reasonable condition without major damage but does ... morehas marks on the plastic where the roller curtain has rubbed. The approximate dimensions of the lightmeter are: Width 5.3cm( 2 1/8 in) Depth 2.4cm( 15/16 in) Height 7cm( 2 3/4 in) The weight of the lightmeter 84g. The lightmeter comes with its leather carrying case which is in good condition. There is no instruction manual with the lightmeter but I believe these are available for download on the internet. Vintage 1954 Sekonic Leader camera light meter type L-VI No. 177756
Great working condition 1954 model One of Sekonic's earliest meters. And the first of the"Leader" line. This one has a hinged door on front, similar to the General Electric. Except it's spring-loaded and all you have to do is push the little rod on the right side to release it. You compensate for it by using the"open" and"closed" marks on the dial. So what you do is you set the calculator to film speed. Then read off the number on the meter scale. You take that number on the outer dial and turn it until that number is next to the"open" or"closed" pointer(depending on the state of the door) and read off your pairs. Or, if you simply take your film speed as being the shutter speed, you can direct-read the ƒ-stop right off the meter face.

Vintage 1950's M.H. Rhodes Mark-Time Nickel Parking Meter w/ Coin Tray & Key!
I have listed a few of these. But this is the more rare version with the red lettering on the top. This is a"Mark-Time" parking meter made by M.H. Rhodes, Inc. It is probably 50's or 60's, as it only takes nickels and provides 2 hours of parking for 20 cents! Nice shape, but it is scratched up and has seen plenty of use. I have a key for the coin box but the lock for the upper mechanism is missing, so it does open. Does not include the timing mechanism, but seems to be intact otherwise. A great vintage piece for your shelf, or you could easily mount it on a pole and take it to the cruise night or car show. It measures 9.5" high, 4.5" wide, and 4" deep. It is heavy at almost 9lbs. These are getting harder and harder to find, so get this one while you can. Low starting bid and no reserve!

There is a silver slide on the side that adjusts the Light Values chart for indoor or outdoor photography. The ribbon lanyard that originally came with the meter and that attached to the bottom of it has long since disappeared. The loop through which a new one can be attached is still on the meter and a new strap can be attached. This meter comes with a leather case. We include it in this auction. But the leather has cracked and the top has broken off(see photos) It still can be used for storage or when the meter is not being used and transported. Nice ZEISS IKON Diaphot extinction meter. Made in Germany. It has the ICA logo on the front(the star) On the back it has the Zeiss Ikon logo. As well as"Germany" On the back there's a little window with a blue filter. Look through it and turn the metal ring until the image disappears. Then turn the Diaphot and read the numbers. It comes with its original leather case. Embossed on it reads"Diaphot" on front. Zeiss Ikon" on back, and"Zeiss Ikon" on button. Not sure about its age but it has to be from 1926 to 1934. The Diapoth measures 2" 1/4 diam. 3" with the handle) Both the Diaphot and the case are in very good condition. There are no scratches. Cracks, oxidation, etc. It does need cleaning. The Diaphot was an extinction meter. It was offered by ICA(from 1921 to 1925) and later by Zeiss Ikon ... morefrom 1926 to 1934. Zeiss Ikon is a German company that was formed in 1926 by the merger of four camera makers(Contessa-Nettel. Ernemann, Goerz and Ica) and an infusion of capital by Zeiss.
