Other side is actual bulb with metal marking plate with model# company, where made, and lots of numbers! Bulb is special because of Honeycomb lense! Case is in ok condition. Splines have some cracking from old leather on inside. Outside has its normal old leather wear with some scuffing. Case has Weston imprinted on front! Dials and needle move freely and by looking at bulb does not seem to be burned out, glass is still clear with no stains.aluminium body of meter is in great shape! This camera appears to have been very well taken care of, body shows some typical wear for a camera of this age, but overall looks pretty good we think, interior also looks pretty clean, it appears to be missing mirror foam, but we are not sure if this model originally had the foam strip or not. Up for auction is a Vintage Simpson 312 VTVM Meter with Probe as is. The meter powers on. I could not get it to zero out and then return to full scale for checking ohms- may need some type of calibrating. I did not test voltage. It requires a C battery for ohm readings(included) The inside looks clean with no battery leakage. There is at least one capacitor that probably needs to be replaced- it is a 1000v.068. The electrolytic capacitor has been replaced. The zero ohms knob looks like it has touched something hot and melted a little but. Functions ok. Up for auction is an original GILBARCO(Gilbert& Barker) Model 996A1L Electric Gas Pump that has been made into a TEXACO Sky Chief"Ethyl" gas pump. This pump comes with a period-correct nozzle and a new hose. The metal and skins have a few dents in them and the doors have a couple of wrinkles and do not fit real well(see the pictures) But the pump is in fair condition considering that it is 60 plus years old. The site glasses are new, and the globe on top is a reproduction and has been made to light up. The inner pump has been removed. This pump stands about six feet tall in overall height with the globe on top. Although not a professional restoration. And the paint has a few runs, the paint and colors are very vibrant. Vintage SKAN QUICK Exposure Meter, w/ case, USA ~ Selenium cell working!
Listing is for a G-M Laboratories SKAN QUICK handheld exposure meter. W/ plastic case. Selenium cell is responding to light, but accuracy of light values untested. Cosmetically, the meter is in wonderful condition. There are no cracks or chips to the hard plastic body, which is a rather unique grey color. The grey plastic case is in decent condition, with signs of wear. There is some dust present under the glass bezel, but it is minor and doesn't affect reading the scale. The meter is complete with four slide-out two-sided metal cards listing a range of ASA film values.
