I found out this meter was used for many different things, wire, rubber belts, ropes and a whole bunch of other stuff. This particular model, the"YSD" has now been replaced with a digital model some 25 years ago. This piece looks like it has never been used. It is in excellent condition and comes in a velvet lined case. Everything seems to work and there is not a scratch on it. Vintage Heathkit HX-30 6 METER SSB TRANSMITTER, Ham Radio, from estate
For your consideration is this Heathkit HX-30 6 Meter SSB Transmitter that recently came from an estate. It looks to have been taken care of. With minor scratches on its cabinet. It is untested except I did plug it in for a few seconds to see the tubes start to light up. It looks pretty nice all around. The knobs have a little tarnish on them. Some came off with a wet rag, and I think a little wax may clean up the rest. I don't think it has been used in a long time, but looks to have been well taken care of. Should still work fine. No Drops. Cords look good. Case shows some age. No Dents. Stands about 15 inches tall to top of handle x 8 inches wide. It is Model 4 and has a Serial of 75J1021 The gauge is in only Fahrenheit and goes from 0 to 800 degrees It came from a local estate.
