This item is for BOTH a carver CT-17 Pre-amp/Tuner AND a Carver TFM-15 power amplifier. These items were used by myself and has had one other owner that I know of. These electronics have never been driven hard and sound GREAT. The amplifier gauges don't work but it does not affect the performance at all! The pre-amp/tuner is missing the plastic power button but it is only cosmetic. As for you can turn it on using the button that is viewable in the pictures I have provided. Both of these items are made HERE in Washington State and are rarely found as a lot together. These items are sold as is because from what I know they both work, I have tested both the amp and pre-amp and they work beautifully!
