The half moon cut outs are usually at a few of the lower breaker positions- not along the entire buss. The panel buss on the left side shows plain narrow buss with no notch. The standard breaker will also fit this type. Very rare to find them from the factory this way but I usually have some in my eBay store without the CLT tab you have the wide buss bars without the half moon cutout. Save some money and trouble and buy this. Here is a close up of a buss bar that will allow only one standard twin or duplex breaker.
