Aluminum hub guides added, Parnelli Jones Enterprise decals applied(from the Hornsby'69 BOSS 302 kit based on the same rough tool with two on the front spoiler, two on the rear spoiler ends, and two on the driver's helmet) Zolotone interior finish, as well as painted exhaust dumps. Tires switched out with'Firestone' lettered(faintly yes) and gold-ringed examples which mildly foul the rear wheel arches. Vintage Bear Kodiak static limb recurve bow - 1950's
This is a great vintage bear Kodiak static limb recurve bow. Even though this is a highly collectible circa 1955 bow. This bow is ready to hunt with if you so choose. Its 75# draw at 28" and shoots great. The limbs and glass are all intact with no bruising and virtually none of the minor longitudinal surface cracks you expect to see in the glass(but which typically do not affect shootability) I would rate the overall condition of this bow as a 95 out of 100. It needs a new pad for the arrow rest and the original leather grip is aged as shown in the pictures. This one has the original factory installed tap in the handle for the old-style bear quivers. The limbs are straight, with no twist and the tips are nice and clean-not beat up at all. I've always strung this bow with a stringer only. It comes with a brand new string. I have shot ... moreover 100 arrows with this bow in the last several weeks-its fast and smooth and a joy to shoot. This model bow was one of Fred Bears personal favorites. And I believe is the model he took his world record ram with(if I recall correctly) This bow is being offered with no reserve and very low shipping cost. Used Phase Craft 2-5 HP static phase converter for sale. I purchased the converter about three months ago to use on a Rockwell table saw. Ran one piece of wood through the saw and decided that I would rather have a single phase motor on the saw that gave full horsepower, as the static phase converter only nets 2/3 rated motor horsepower on a 3 phase motor. I had no issues with the converter itself- it is well constructed and worked as advertised. The converter is basically like new and has two of the electrical knock outs removed where I had it wired. Number 28 Static Electricity This un-mounted. Un-framed poster is in its original condition. As used in an earlier era from a school in Eldorado. Illinois. It was originally part of a set on general science that was bound together via four bolts and was mounted on a free standing frame with 60 posters depicting many different areas of science. The group dates to 1951. And was published by the W. M. Welch Manufacturing Company, which later became Sargent Welch. The poster is dense with information, and there are many references and images that evoke a much different time in our history. Much of the scientific information is quaint. Item Description: Poster. Static Electricity#28” of a set. 28 1/2" wide by 41 1/2" high. Condition: The group has been hanging in its original“rack” for 62 years. These are a beautiful pair of boots from Ariat's high end line of boots. They style number is not readable so I am not sure which model they are. They are gorgeous and from Ariat's high end line showing a little wrinkling in the leather around the ankle. Boots are black with a zipper in a Woman's size 8. The back tab says X-Static.
