This sale is for the Sesame Street House that came out in the 1970s. The building folds open for play and there is a chalkboard between the two sections of rooms. The chalkboard and rooms are in good used condition with minor play wear. The chalkboard does have marks on it which can be seen in my photos. Inside the four rooms. All the paper on floors and walls looks to be intact. On the outside of the building, the lithos appear to be in great condition, with only minor play wear. The sticker on the top that says Fisher Price Play Family is somewhat worn and missing a bit of it. On top of the house, the handle is in one piece, but the house no longer locks shut ... morefor carrying, as a piece of the plastic has broken off. Both doors are still attached and open and close well. I did do a light cleaning. But you will probably want to clean it a bit more thoroughly.
