Topcon RL-50 Rotary Laser with Receiver Sensor for parts
Here is a Topcon Rotary Laser Level with Topcon LS-30 Receiver and Case no tripod included. Purchased at an estate sale and no longer have use for it. It has a couple of issues with unit. The battery compartment knob. Has a piece missing on the knob itself so it is a little hard to turn to open and close. Also when the open and close mechanism for the access door is engaged it seems to not seat correct and it's hard to open and close if you need to replace batteries. Also the top of unit where the rotary is housed has four glass panels that enclose it, has one small glass panel missing, and one has a small chip in the corner. Other than normal scuff marks the unit seems to work fine. It's starts right up and the receiver picks up the laser beam. A TopCon DM-S2 Surveying Electronic Distance Meter(EDM) This s urveying electronic distance meter was originally mounted on top of a theodoliteTopcom TL-60 The EDM is very accurate out to one-half mile or more. But requires that the vertical angles needed for slope corrections be measured with the theodolite. The unit requires peaking of the return signal strength be done with the vertical and horizontal motions of the theodolite. Then the signal strength is manually attenuated to a usable level on the signal strength meter. The battery needs to be re-celled. The unit is in like new condition.
