This is a great working Topcon TL-60 theodolite. The unit has wear marks on the body of it. The lenses are all clear, and the base is good also. The case is worn but works fine. The inside foam is perfect. The hinges are working but the pins have been broken and it has wire inside the hinges.still opens flawlessly. I took the unit to Geo Shack to have it inspected, cleaned and any repairs needed. The unit was in perfect working order, all the glass was cleaned and a new top handle was put on. This unit is old but in great condition.i will include all paper work for the Geo Shack work.the work along was over 200 dollars.so this unit is ready to go into the field! i will take a reasonable offer.thank you.

The contents are for the hard plastic case with strap. The instruction manual(still has plastic bag) plastic cover/tarp for the transit, and even has the original silica bags from when it was new. There is a cap on the lens of the transit. And from what I know of how to use it, it has self-leveled and zoom/focus was utilized and functioned properly. I must state that I do not have the many years experience as do surveyors and engineers. So my knowledge is very basic. This instrument is from a closed construction firm and it was in working order when they had it. The unit appear to be in good cosmetic condition.
