our kids got it filled up every Christmas. I have the keys to unlock the top to fill it with gumballs and the key to unlock the coin box on the bottom. Apparently it CAN light up with flourescent lighting but its never worked as long as we ve had it. My kids would use the same couple of quarters over and over but you can lock it and make money too. all the labels taped onto the machine in some of the pics were the types of gumballs they had in there last. I'll take those off and clean it up inside and out. The spiral works perfectly and so does the change turner knob. theres a small plastic part broken off the base. that doesnt affect it at all. and gumball fragments inside and a little piece of plastic. never affected the machine which is a super durable commercial grade machine. my kids loved it. knob reads beaver. 5' tall. I found ... moregumballs through ebay and other places. usually cost me about $250 to completely fill it. I bought this machine new two years ago as a treat for students in my classroom. It has been in storage most of that time. Its plastic base is dark green. It is all in excellent condition. It has a scratch or two. But that is all. It has only held candy: M&Ms, all types, skittles, Reeses Pieces. It takes US quarters only.
