We cannot further determine what shape the lenses are in due to lack of equipment and expertise. The eyepieces are both KHW 10x/20L DIN models. The objective lenses are all made by Meiji. And are modeled as follows: 1) 40/0.65, 160/0.17 2) S.Flatfield 10/0.25, 160/0.17 DIN 3) S.Flatfield 4/0.10, 160/0.17 DIN 4) 100x/1.25 DIN We can see light through all 4 of the lenses. But we cannot determine if they are 100% clear. The slide table has a considerable amount of wear to the exterior. But all of the dials and adjustments appear to work correctly. The numerical aperture is 1.25 with a 0.17mm thick coverslip.
