This is all-original Aus JENA Laboval Microscope made at Carl Zeiss factory in Jena. Germany. This is a fine microscope, everything works. The eyepieces are binocular type, wide field 10x, giving you 32x, 100x, 400x and 1,000x magnification. It has nice Abbe condenser with flip out lens. The light in the base works great and can be controlled(dimmed or made brighter) depending on what you are viewing and at what magnification. It has good. Smooth mechanical stage which you can easily control with two knobs for N-S, E-W directions and another two knobs for up and down(one regular and one precision adjustment knobs) It would make a nice backup microscope or would be ideal for a high school or college student.
