Hi Folks! Today for your consideration. I’m offering an MFJ model 259B HF/VHF SWR Analyzer. The unit is tested. Working, and supplied with one set of alkaline batteries. Here is MFJ’s description of the antenna analyzer: The MFJ-259B RF analyzer is a compact battery powered RF impedance analyzer. This unit combines four basic circuits; a 1.8-170 MHz variable frequency oscillator. A frequency counter, a 50 ohm RF bridge, and an eight-bit micro-controller. This unit makes a wide variety of useful antenna or impedance measurements. Including coaxial cable loss and distance to an open or short. Primarily designed for analyzing 50 ohm antenna and transmission line systems. The MFJ-259B also measures RF impedances between a few ohms and several hundred ohms. It also functions as a signal source and frequency counter. The frequency range of impedance ... moremeasurement is 1.8 to 170 MHz. In six overlapping bands. I checked the 259-B basic functions: SWR. Capacitance, and inductance measurements. Please see the pictures! The unit works fine. I checked out typical values that you might encounter on HF. The inductor and capacitor were verified on my Sencore LC-75 Z meter. Also checked but not photographed was a 220 Ohm resistor that showed a 4.4:1 SWR… The only reason I’m selling it is that I already have an MFJ-269. This one came from a friend that needed quick cash to get out of a sticky situation. The unit is fairly clean. Still has the plastic on the LCD display window, but has discolored white buttons. There is minor tape or similar residue on some of the surfaces. The important thing is that it works. It hasn’t been messed with, and there has not been any battery leakage. I would recommend removing batteries when not in use. AA’s are notorious for leaking. If left in. It’s not a matter“if” but when it occurs. The operator’s manual can be downloaded from the MFJ site. If you own an HP/Agilent model 16500A or 16500B logic analyzer system. You need this! It's a keyboard and mouse set that works with the HP mainframe. Finally you can stop all the screen-touching and knob-twirling to select items. Enter labels, etc. etc. Items are good quality(they're classic HP. After all) with no intermittent buttons or other issues. These are also usable with other early HP/Agilent equipment. But my experience with them is with the logic analyzers. Connections You'll find a single jack. Somewhat similar to a twisted-pair Ethernet jack, on the front of your analyzer mainframe. You can plug either the mouse or the keyboard into it. If you want to use both, you plug the keyboard into the mainframe, and then the mouse plugs into the keyboard. A system of"one dot" or"two dots" on the cable ends ... moreand the jacks on the equipment helps remind you what connects to what. Compatibility Among HP logic analyzers I am only aware of these working with the 16500A and 16500B. They do not work with the 16500C. You can use standard PS/2 keyboard and mouse with the 16500C. Condition and issues Removed from working service. Tested, and cleaned. The cable connectors each have two plastic clips to retain them in the jacks. Like the singular plastic clips on telephone and ethernet connectors. These are somewhat fragile; on some of the connectors here, one of two clips have broken off or have lost tension. However, unlike the telephone connectors, one clip remains in each case and is completely sufficient for retention. There's a reason HP gave them two! They learned from the phone company. Just be careful with them, so you don't break off the other clip.

This is a lot of 3 HP 8555A Spectrum Analyzer RF Sections. All three are in clean condition and complete with no known missing parts. But each has a different problem. The hope is that one or more can be put to working condition: One unit actually functions. But amplitude response is down by 10-20 dB. This unit comes with the three 50 ohm BNC terminations. One unit produces a response but will not tune in frequency. One unit will tune the V notch in the full span mode. But does not show any response to input signals. The band switch and tuning mechanisms on all three are in good condition. Not shown but I'll throw it in the box. Is the YIG 1st Local Oscillator assembly. It is believed to work, but is sold as-is. They were taken in average light, and are quite representative of what you may expect. Note: scratches seen in my photos are not on the CRT, they were on the glass protector. This auction is for a seldom seen graphic equalizer from Audiosource. The EQ Ten was Audiosource's flagship equalizer in 1988 and packed some serious features for a TOTL equalizer some of which include: Fully electronic soft touch controls. Large spectrum analyzer and curve display, 4 programmable memory presets, Graph and reverse graph displays, Pink Noise generator, Microphone calibration, display dimmer, sensitivity level controls and the list goes on and on. This is one of the most flexible equalizers I have owned, it's an impressive looking kit when played in the dark. The large graphic/spectrum display is one of the best out there and puts it right on par with an old favorite.the Sansui SE-99. I loved the ability of going from 4 custom calibrated settings to flat response setting all at the touch of a switch. This equalizer ... morewas originally sold with a remote control and Electret condenser microphone which I don't have and are rarely found with this unit. This equalizer doesn't require the Mic or remote to perform all the main features this equalizer is capable of. Simply hook it up to your system the same way you would any other conventional equalizer, customize the sound to your liking or optimize to the acoustics of your listening environment and save it in the memory for future use and leave it alone, the EQ Ten does the rest. Condition is very good, minor ding on the right corner and some paint chips on the top but nice overall. I noticed about 5 of the tiny LED dots don't light up when the spectrum analyzer is at full Pink Noise display on all bands(see dark picture with all bands lit up) but they are hard to spot when you are playing music because the lights are too busy bouncing up and down displaying audio curves that this will probably go unnoticed when the equalizer is in full motion. Other than that this equalizer looks and sounds great, it is a rare piece that doesn't come up often so don't miss out and make it yours with your winning bid before someone else does. This
