Dixie Cup Dispenser.There is chipping of paint and scratches on all metal surfaces.As you can see in close up's of the lower operating dispensing metal case. I do not have the keys but I have been told it wouldnt be hard to get them made. The lock that would latch to make you feed coins to get your cup is broken. The metal pull on the right side(picture 3) is free. This is because the lock inside to control it is broken. In short you do not need to insert a coin to get the dispenser to work.Pull the finger lever and it goes through the entire rotation.
